What is the RCCC?

The Rock County Counseling Center (RCCC) is an Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic certified under DHS 75 that provides treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. Available services include assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, substance use intensive outpatient program (IOP), case management, medication management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), peer support, and coordination of care. Evidence-based treatment, trauma-informed care, and person-centered recovery are the grounding principles that underlie the agency’s culture.

RCCC focuses on the clients who are unable to access other appropriate behavioral health treatment resources in the community, as well as clients whose treatment needs are not being met in private agencies. Over time, clients often move beyond these criteria and are then successfully transitioned into the private sector for ongoing care.

Who is Eligible?

RCCC provides behavioral health services for adults, age 18 and older, who are Rock County residents and who are uninsured or otherwise not able to access behavioral health services through private community agencies. For substance use disorder
treatment, pregnant and IV drug using clients are given priority for admission.

How Do Clients Pay for Services?

RCCC Clients will be asked to provide insurance and income information during their intake appointment. Services will be billed to insurance when applicable. For uninsured individuals, RCCC uses a sliding fee scale, based on income, to calculate
payment for services. No one shall be turned away from receiving services at RCCC due to inability to pay.
